Greetings!!!

First let me introduce myself.  My name is Paul
Nyland, known in the pizza industry as "Pizza" Paul.

I have recently fully retired from Gordon Food
Service after 33 years of service, thirteen of which
I have served as a consultant to our pizza
customers.

Being to young to retire completely, my wife, Linda
and I have decided to move forward and start our
own pizza concession business.

We completed our first shakedown season in 2003
which we used to improve the efficiency of our
operation and improve our customer service.

We are looking forward to being a positive asset to
your event in 2004.
